For Milan prices, I think the accommodation offers reasonable value, especially for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. The room had AC, which was appreciated, and they kindly gave us two bottles of water when we checked in. Breakfast is served at a nearby café and, although quite limited, the quality was very good. You can choose between a classic, pistachio or chocolate croissant. Our chocolate croissant was fresh and delicious, and the cappuccino was excellent. I would rather have a small breakfast of good quality than a bigger one with mediocre food, although one additional pastry or another small option would have made it much more complete. It was also very convenient that after check-out we could leave our luggage in the storeroom at the café where check-in is handled. This allowed us to go for another stroll around Milan without carrying our bags.

The room is quite Spartan and could use a few improvements. The bed doesn’t feel particularly sturdy and shakes when you move. The curtain is too short for the large window, meaning light comes into the room during the night, and the walls seem quite thin as we could hear a lot from the neighbouring rooms. The biggest issue for me was the check-in policy. Check-in is strictly between 14:00 and 20:00, with a €20 supplement for arrivals outside those hours. Fortunately, we managed to arrive before 20:00, but we had to rush from the airport. I don’t remember this condition being clearly communicated when I booked, and I think it should be made very clear beforehand, as it could influence someone’s decision to stay here. €20 is a considerable extra charge, particularly when the city tax is already €8.50 per person. Also, 20:00 seems quite early to start charging for a “late” check-in.

Logo no check-in já foi tudo ótimo o check-in é feito num café na esquina da acomodação é realmente perto e o trajeto fácil, os funcionários são maravilhosos o rapaz filipino muito engraçado e a menina se esforça muito pra nós atender mesmo eu não falando italiano ou inglês bem, o fato do check-in ser no café também foi bom pois cheguei antes e sentei lá com as malas pra comer algo e os funcionários deixam o ambiente alegre. Quanto a acomodação Limpa, organizada e com itens que te permitem cozinhar na acomodação se quiser ah e fica perto da paragem do eletrico 12 que vai para a Duomo

Somente a porta me pareceu não muito segura e quando se trata de mulheres viajando costumo estar atenta a isso

Отсутствие одноразовых тапочек. На входе нет куда повесить курточки ( в осенний/зимний период это необходимо)

La amplitud del espacio

La ubicacion es demasiado lejos de lo que esperabamos. Los colchones demasiado duros, no se podia descansar, El baño no estaba muy limpio, deberían cambiar la mampara que esta llena de cal. El desayuno era nefasto, no habia alternativa ninguna para las personas que no toman cafe ni productos sin azucar, no dan mas opciones.
