Too high for the shower🥲

The room was great - spacious, clean, with SUPER comfortable beds, strong airconditioning and a japanese toilet. There was also a water dispenser at the lobby that was very convenient.

The location is a bit further from town (which we knew before booking, and anyway grab is cheap in Penang) and at night there was some loud music from a neighbouring building but I don't think the hotel can do anything about that.

The location is near Padang Kota (200m) and walkable. Easy to find food. Almost complete facilities. They provide kettle to cook hot water. Drinking water in a glass bottle and they also locate the water filter near the elevator. I love these facilities. They have an iron, iron board, refrigerator, tv and netflix/YouTube, plug point many includes USB, shampoo and bath gel (no toothbrush and gel), hairdryer, extra pillows/cushion which i love so much. They also have not taken any deposit. The aircond functions well (we have good sleep/rest for two days!) Add note: Parking is limited. Please call the hotel and get the advice on how you can park your car nearby with some fee. For us, we don't have this issue since we are coming to Georgetown by flight and getting around by grabcar.

1) My husband complains about the shower area where they provide a wall to walk into the shower. I guess the wall is converted to an indoor pool / bath tub, if you want to give the kids play water in room. But i guess the wall is a little bit higher which makes you have to step inside and he dont like it. But overall, he said everything in the hotel was excellent. 2) The auto bidet does not function in our room so i guess this one is minus the mark for this hotel.
