It was fresh and lounge area was superb! Everything worked really well. From the check-in to check out.

Someone smoked weed so corridor smell like it

Spacious as shown in photos; and close to a metro station. It’s a gated apartment building so it’s pretty safe.

Host follow up and response wasn’t ideal. The fact that you have to pick up and drop off the keys at a different location is not quite convenient if you have a bit of baggage to manage, even though the pick up/drop off location is about 5 minutes’ walk away. Check in time is from 4pm to 11pm. You only receive the PIN code at 3.30pm to pick up your keys, which was still ok. We, however, did not receive any detailed instructions on which apartment building, floor and unit to go to. The doors had no unit numbers too. Texted the host for answers. NO response. We had to make our own guesses and try every possible door. The apartment looked clean at first. Then we noticed the crumbs on the dining table and chairs. Saw them on the dining table first and thought they were confetti bits. The dish-drainer also still had bits of vegetables stuck on the grids. The sponge looked like it had been used for a long time, the yellow foam was already gray. Prior to check in I had asked the host some questions via booking’s chat platform. I received a response saying we should communicate via WhatsApp instead. However, when I asked on WhatsApp for the WiFi access, I got a reply telling me that all information had already been provided via the platform. I double checked and told them I had received nothing, not even info on how to get to the apartment. NO response again. Not even an apology or to say ok they will send the info again. Asked again the next day. NO response. Finally recievd the info when I asked again via the platform. So why make us connect via WhatsApp in the first place? Lighting in the bathroom was quite dim, especially in the shower as there was no direct light source. There aren’t any toiletries rack in the shower so all toiletries have to be placed on the floor. It’s quite inconvenient as space in the shower is tight. Not very friendly for older folks too. Clothes rack was broken. We had to hold it up between two chairs.
