directions not good, shuttle driver & our party took 30 min to find the correct number building.

Appartement de grande taille, propre, et le fait qu'il y'ait 2 chambres ET 2 salles de bain est un plus pour le centre ville de Londres.
Le fait de devoir quitter les lieux à 10h est trop tot. Quand on paie un certains prix, aussi justifier soit il, une heure en plus ne serait pas volé.

The location was excellent. The property was also exceptionally clean. With the exception of a couple of missing items (see below) the kitchen was well provisioned for basic cooking. Also appreciated having cleaning products to use. Washer/dryer and dishwasher were handy (though dishwasher door is broken so a tad annoying to use). It was very warm even in late September and fans were welcome. Excellent hairdryer and iron. Host company very pleasant to deal with and very responsive.
The en-suite shower was broken and had to be handheld to use. This has clearly been broken for awhile so not sure why it hasn't been fixed. There was no bottle opener or wine glasses. More pillows and towels were needed. The requirement to send a selfie with my passport was bizarre. The listing should mention that this is a house with stairs.
