We had a very comfortable stay at Casetta Via Roma. One of the things we appreciated most was how private the apartment felt. The location is excellent, approximately a 7–10 minute walk from Monopoli's historic center. It's close enough to easily enjoy the restaurants, shops, and atmosphere of the old town without being right in the middle of the busiest area. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything needed for a longer stay, including kitchen essentials, linens, towels, and a washing machine. Parking was surprisingly easy, and we were able to find free parking nearby. Communication with the property was fine. The main drawback is the bathroom, which is extremely small and somewhat uncomfortable to use. Overall, a very practical, private, and comfortable place to stay, particularly for guests traveling with a car and spending several days exploring the area.

Appartement calme à 10/15 min du centre

Appartement un peu sombre Stationnement compliqué

Lovely apartment with beautiful old details that have been improved and preserved.

The apartment is short walk from train station and then a short walk to the town centre, I think this was the perfect location as you have more local restaurants, less tourists, better value for money and it still only takes less than 5 minutes walk to get to the busy area which it’s a nice walk through the town. The apartment is well finished and feels very rustic and Italian. It has modern appliances and a clean and modern bathroom and kitchen, both have everything you need. Strong air conditioning, Netflix and small touches have been thought of - beach umbrellas, plug adapters, local guide, WiFi, chilled water in the fridge, hard/soft pillows, easy self-check in etc. The bed was very big and comfortable with nice linen, I slept like a baby. The room has a small balcony and you can see down to the street which is a nice touch. The apartment is peaceful and quiet, there is also a private terrace which is nice to relax. 10/10: I would recommend this apartment as it’s in great location and excellent value for money.
