The location is good, about 10-15mins walk from Piazza Erminio Ferretto in Mestre, and 15-20mins from Mestre Station. There are a few bus stops nearby so the trip to the station is only about 5 mins, or you can get a bus direct into Venice central which takes about 20mins. The place also has a small elevator for getting your gear up to the 6th floor. Communication with the owners is also easy and efficient. My room had a door to the small balcony, and there were two full shared bathrooms to choose from.

The building itself is noisy and it feels like the masonry is paper-thin. If you sleep easy, this isn't a problem, but I struggled to stay asleep with the comings and goings of other tenants.

All was good, clean, good communication and what all that you need
