Location..Lobby Counter staffs and porter are helpful and friendly.
House keeper can missed out cleaning room even though the requested light is ON. My last day wasn't great as the hotel seems having renovation work.
The drilling sound started 11 am continuously..

Special mention to the staff who were on night shift duty when i stayed there. An Indian gentleman and a Malay lady. Their customer service rendered from the very first touchpoint which was the check in counter itself, was extremely good. The staff were so friendly. They were very engaging and ensured that the guests felt welcomed. It was truly a pleasure talking to them.
The bed and pillows were very comfy, which was much needed after spending the entire out walking.
