L’emplacement, la piscine extérieure, la décoration avec beaucoup de goût

Les équipements de la plage étaient en train d’être démontés et la plage n’était pas propre (verre, vis etc)

Un week end hors du temps dans un endroit magique avec un niveau de service d'exception : l'accueil, le buffet, la piscine le sauna la plage privée etc... Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins pour nous faire vivre la meilleure expérience possible. Merci pour toute la gentillesse et toutes les petites attentions personnalisées. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce havre de paix.

Breakfast with a view: The breakfast room offers a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea. The pool & location: The pool area is beautifully surrounded by mature trees and lush greenery, featuring comfortable, peaceful sunbeds and a shallow section that's very convenient. The hotel sits right along a short coastal promenade with seamless access to a private beach area where you can reserve sun loungers. Food & Drinks: The private beach has a lovely beach bar for drinks and light snacks. Back at the hotel, the restaurant serves a delicious menu prepared in their outdoor kitchen, complemented by a nice wine selection and impeccable service. Above all, the staff throughout the entire hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English, making our stay completely hassle-free.

The fitness area was smaller than expected and located in the basement. The starting points for nature walks were a bit further away than expected to get to the trails.

Die Lage ist top mit eigenem Strandrestaurant und schönem Garten mit Poolanlage. Auch das zweite Restaurant im Garten ist wunderschön und abends toll beleuchtet. Das Ambiente und die Hotelanlage sind architektonisch super schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und die Auswahl ok.

Das Personal an der Reception war TOP. Leider aber war das Personal im Gastrobereich eine riesige Enttäuschung und keinen Stern wert. Sehr unaufmerksam und nicht professionell. Es hat den Anschein gemacht, dass hier lediglich junge Studentinnen und Studenten günstig angestellt sind welche null-komma-null Interesse am Wohlergehen der Gäste haben. Falschbestellungen, Buffet eine Stunde vorher nicht mehr aufgefüllt, Bestellungen kamen nicht, 30' Wartezeit für 2 Spiegeleier und ein boiled egg, schlecht oder gar nicht organisiert. Man musste sich für alles wehren und immer wieder intervenieren. (Keine Löffel beim Ei, Salz und Pfeffer kamen erst nach 5' Wartezeit oder gar nicht. Im Zimmer 312 hatten wir eine Ameisenstrasse, im Bad ein Kosmetikspiegel welcher aus der Wand herauskam und ein Lavabo bei welchem das Wasser kaum abfloss. Allen in allem eine superschöne Anlage aber leider mit sehr unprofessionellem Gastro- und Zimmerservice. Ich kann das Hotel leider zum ersten Mal als Genius 3-Level Member bei booking.com NICHT empfehlen trotz toller Lage. So geht es nicht !!!! Viel zu teuer dafür!!!!
