𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄:

𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬/𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: No gatherings, events, or parties are permitted on the property. Absolutely no outside music is allowed.

𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and within the property premises. If guests choose to smoke, we ask that they do so outside at a safe distance from the property and properly dispose of all cigarette butts. Any evidence of indoor smoking or cigarette butts left on the ground within the property premises may result in a $1,000 fee to cover the necessary cleaning and odor removal measures. This policy will be strictly enforced.

𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed. A $1,000 penalty will be applied for any unapproved pets.

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: All guests staying overnight must be registered. Any unapproved guests will result in a $100 extra guest fee per night, per guest.
