Beautiful new property, however problems at check-in with card payment not being possible, also breakfast offering is a bit sad ☹️

My 2nd time staying here for multiple days at a time. Very clean and the hotel is pretty New. staff are very nice and friendly. They also have bikes to use.

The hotel is new & the room was very clean. I appreciate being able to collect drinking water from a dispenser at the reception area as I avoid single-use plastic. Soundproofing is not good. The hotel is in a quiet part of Chiang Rai which was what we wanted. Pretty easy to get a Grab car to other parts of town
