The ONLY reason I would go back to this hotel, would be because of Louisa. She was one of the hotel managers that needed to help me with a situation that transpired. She handled it with such grace and ease. REALLY SPOKE VOLUMES. Nothing is perfect, and the carbon alarm in my room went off late at night, but she was there to rectify ANY NEEDS that I expressed.
