Enjoy luxury, wellness and complete privacy in this exclusive accommodation. Open since January 2018, our property invites you and your loved ones to experience moments of paradise in holiday homes equipped to a high standard. They can accommodate up to 14 people in seven air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite luxury bathroom, ideal for larger groups or several families.

Every detail inside the villa is a testament to quality awareness and style: warm wood and stone décor create a modern country house atmosphere, while the solid furniture, some of which is exclusively made, comfortable wood-burning stoves and the three fully equipped luxury kitchens leave nothing to be desired. Large window fronts not only offer an uninterrupted view of the garden, but also bathe the rooms in a friendly, natural light. The tasteful furnishings and soft tones emphasise the unique ambience and make your stay unforgettable.

The outdoor area is a dream come true for those seeking relaxation. A spacious chill-out area awaits you with a 72 square metre pool, chic sun loungers and a private pond. A small house with a large feel-good zone, accessible via a bridge, offers a marvellous garden view and invites you to dream, read and relax. The indoor spa oasis completes the wellness experience with Turkish and Finnish saunas, a whirlpool and a heated swimming pool, complemented by a fitness room for sporting activities.

Surrounded by the picturesque nature of Istria, Villa Ambiente is situated in a quiet, secluded location around 20 kilometres from Pula. Although it is secluded and protected from prying eyes, you will find nearby amenities such as small supermarkets, doctors and shopping facilities in traditional Jursici or in Vodnjan, eight kilometres away. The villa is the perfect base for exploring popular coastal towns such as Rovinj, Porec and Pula or for adventurous excursions to the Glavani Park and the Brijuni Islands.

Experience unrivalled service and a stay that leaves nothing to be desired at Villa Ambiente. From a sumptuous breakfast to a personal contact person on site, from a high-quality pool table to free Wi-Fi, we make sure that you feel completely at ease. The Krajinovic family looks forward to welcoming guests from all over the world to this piece of paradise and ensuring they have an unforgettable holiday.
