The garden is fenced and therefore also great for children and dogs. View of a large grass playing field with a small children's playground, football pitch, volleyball court, etc.The ground floor, approx. 55 m², is divided into the following rooms: a living room with flat-screen TV (additional German and children's channels via satellite) and two double sofas; next to that, a bedroom with a double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area; and a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds. There is also a loft upstairs with a sofa, two stools and a table, an ideal place for the kids to hang out. Each bedroom naturally has a storage cupboard. A cot and dining chair are also available in the house. Free internet (Wifi) in and around the house and at the restaurant/bar.
