Garden furniture and garden loungers are of course available.Parts of the thatched-roof house are more than 200 years old. It was completely renovated in 2018. A new kitchen was installed in 2024.The sea with its sandy beach is around 10 kilometres away, and several seaside and spa resorts on theBaltic Sea coast such as Dahme or Grömitz can be reached in a quarter of an hour by car.
