Fruit trees were planted on site and the lawn in between is suitable for playing ball games. Enjoy your morning coffee or your dinner on the roofed veranda.

Explore the beautiful surroundings and visit the many little localities in the inland area, such as Motovun, where the International Film Festival is held every year at the end of July, attracting many international visitors. It is also worth visiting the famous croatian beer/restoran San Servolo located near the villa. Meet the estate of Kozlovic winery know as the top 3 wines in croatia . It is also worth seeing Hum, considered the smallest town in the world. Drive along the wine route and try the tasty meat and fish specialities in one of the many restaurants, as well as the locally produced, delicious wines. You can also visit Poreč, the most well-known tourist town in Istria.
