Renovated old Walser house (kitchen, WC, bathroom to modern standards, living room and bedroom with cosy wood panelling). The house is situated in a quiet, sunny location about 6 km from Davos.
We have been renting out our renovated, old Walser house for 20 years to the complete satisfaction of our guests.
With us you can enjoy a CO2-neutral holiday: The hot water comes from our solar system and the modern heating system is fuelled by a pellet boiler.
The beautiful Walserhaus is situated on a sunny terrace above Davos Glaris (1560 metres above sea level). The driveway is asphalted, easily accessible and ends in a cul-de-sac, which means that there is no through traffic. The house is surrounded by meadows and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Charming and varied hiking and biking opportunities in summer round off our offer.Other kitchen equipment (Kitchen1): The coffee machine works with Nespresso.Nearby sports facilities: Mountain climbing, Ice skating, Golf course, Climbing, Mountainbiking, Paragliding, Bike tours, Toboggen, Skiing (alpin), Cross-country skiing, Sport center, Squash, Surfing, Tennis, Sailing. 77465
