This house was very nice and clean. It has lots of space, with 11 bedrooms and a large dining area that fit all 14 of my family. However, the house is showing its age a bit. Matted carpet, for example. Here are some comments:1. The air conditioning units could not keep up with demand. They ran constantly and still could not lower the temperature to setpoint. Some of the bedrooms, particularly those upstairs, were hot. None of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, which are a must in Florida to allow comfortable sleeping. This was the #1 complaint from my family. Their rooms were hot and stuffy. 2. The host had two small table circulating fans available. However, one of these fans was burned out and smoked when we plugged it in. The other didn't help much.3. The air hockey table in the garage does not work. No air.4. 10 of the 14 chairs at the dining room table were broken and wobbly. When we sat in them, the chair leaned back dangerously. The other 4 were OK and still tight.5. The pool and spa were great. Very clean. We really loved them after long days.6. The portable AC unit in the garage made a lot of grinding noises and couldn't cool the garage adequately. Don't expect to be able to comfortably use the amenities in the garage.7. One of the hair dryers was burned out and smoked when we plugged it in. Dangerous.8. The neighborhood is beautiful and nice to walk aroundOverall, we had a good stay but will probably look elsewhere in the future.

Beds was extremely comfortable host was very nice and the place was family friendly, would definitely recommend
