This apartment is located on the 4th floor (top floor).

It is a 4-room vacation apartment measuring 72 m², equipped with:

- Kitchen: microwave, oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, and electric kettle
- Living room: Corner bench with pull-out table, sofa set, TV, and Wi-Fi
- Three bedrooms, each with 2 double beds (90x200) and 1 bunk bed (90x200)
- Bathroom with sink and walk-in shower
- Toilet with sink in a separate room

One of the three bedrooms is interior and has no exterior windows, but it receives natural light and is equipped with a state-of-the-art fresh-air ventilation system with a heat exchanger.
The living room opens onto a balcony with a view of the ski slope or the village of Königsleiten.
Included in the total price are:

- Booking fee: €40.00 (once per apartment); starting winter 2026/27: €50.00
- Final cleaning
- Local tax per day: €3.00 per adult and €1.00 per child (up to age 15)
- Mobility fee per adult: €0.50 per day
- Bed linens: €17.00 per person – these are provided based on the number of guests booked.
(1 roll of toilet paper and a bath mat are included as extras in the bed linens set. >> Bath and hand towels can be booked as an extra upon request and for an additional fee)
- A flat-rate energy fee is included in the rental price
- Wi-Fi
- 2 outdoor parking spaces

- Pet Policy: We love our four-legged guests, but please keep them off the bed and sofa
- Internet access is provided free of charge by the owner. However, if it does not work for any reason, we cannot guarantee a rental discount.
