Pretty much everything about the apartment is fantastic. It has two beds in separate rooms, one a single, and one a full-size bed for two people. The A/C is extremely powerful. The Internet is fast and password-protected. The entire apartment is very clean, including the fridge, the floors, the sheets, and the bathroom. They provide a bottle of water and some tea packets. The hosts are very informative - they gave me really nice and memorable recommendations for food and tourist sites in the area. They even offered to facilitate food delivery and taxi pick-up if I wanted. They provided written instructions in Indonesian to provide to drivers. They are also very receptive to any suggestions and feedback for improvement, given that it is a new apartment for rent on the market, and any suggestions you have will be taken and acknowledged, and even acted on immediately if possible. I needed an emergency bedsheet cleaning and replacement due to an accident on my end, and they exceptionally came and did the replacement for me, even though they generally only do this at the end of your stay or once a week. The apartment building has a gym and a pool that's open during daylight hours, which can be a nice place to workout or relax. At lunch time, also, the building has a cafeteria on the 6th floor where you can quickly find good food, along with some chairs and an outside terrace area where you can sit. Overall, the apartments being located on top of a mall are a nice bonus, in addition to all of the nice amenities of apartment area itself. The location is also fantastic, located right next to Chinatown, within walking distance of nice food that the hosts can recommend for you. Most of the tourist sites in Jakarta are located in close proximity, within 20-30 minutes drive in both the north and south directions, and being located on a main road, public transport is also easily accessible. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay again.

The apartment is newly on the market, so there are still some "growing pains" involved in providing the best possible service for customers, but the staff is extremely friendly and receptive to feedback, and if you have any suggestions, I'm sure they will take them to heart and act on them. When I went, the host did not give clear instructions on how to find the apartments, which are located on the top of a multi-storey mall, and it took me a significant amount of time to find it after arriving at the mall entrance. The correct and fastest way to go is to go on the right side of the building to the apartment entrance (there is a security guard there and small reception), and then take the elevator all the way to the top, and then walk across the parking lot to the apartment area. I did give them this feedback and presume that they have taken steps to remedy this. I also had to wait for quite some time to pick up my keys and had to call the host to receive the internet password, but I did inform the host that it would be helpful to add the Internet password directly to the confirmation email, and I presume they've taken steps to remedy this. Some delivery drivers and taxis may not come all the way to the top. The hosts will provide you written instructions to give them in Indonesian, but even with those, it's their preference. Bluebird generally will oblige. As part of the aforementioned "growing pains", I thought that a few of the amenities at the time I stayed were a little lacking, for example, there wasn't a big trash can in the apartment and no trash bags, so I had to supply my own. However, I also gave them feedback about this when I was staying there, and they did immediately act on it to ensure I had a better experience by providing trash bags the next day. There is no laundry machine available for guests, and when I told them to update the listing, they told me they would do so immediately.
