La cercanía a las Torres Petronas, las vistas y la amabilidad del personal
Que los medios de transporte al estar en el centro de la ciudad tardan en llegar

The location and view are prime! Would return to KL and consider this stay again. Pools are amazing.
My only low ratings are for the showers being mouldy. The walls and floors are too slippery, perhaps needs a good scrub. Also, would be ideal to have porter trolleys available for guests to use, we did struggle going up to the 12th floor with 6 bags and 2 kids.

Clean, big fridge, basic amenities complete, loving the pools and walking distance to klcc. Can find food within walking distance as well. No issues with noise at night.
The bed are hard, basic soap is small sized, better if has water dispenser/filter, no complimentary tea/coffee, better if a clear check in instructions given a day earlier not in the middle of the night. While we are dealing with cashless, this property only accepted cash payment.
