Icon Hotel

Had a pleasant stay at Icon/Javeline Hotel. The staff were very nice and welcoming, especially Flavia at the reception. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was fair, and we really loved the rooftop environment. When we arrived, there was a wedding reception taking place at the hotel with loud music. However, the staff were kind enough to apologize for the inconvenience and assured us that it would stop by the evening, and it did.

One small area that could be improved is the shower system in the rooms. I’m not sure about the other rooms, but the shower in the room we stayed in could have been better. All in all, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. We would definitely come again!

Uns hats sehr gefallen! Das Hotel ist unschlagbar im Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal an der Rezeption hilft bei allen Fragen und war immer sehr freundlich. Im Restaurant auf der schönen Dachterrasse gibt es frisches günstiges leckeres Local Food. Liz vom Service war herausragend und immer sehr nett zu uns. Wenn man in die Stadt will, kann man einfach ein Fahrzeug über Bolt buchen.

The hotel rooms are great and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and they clean the room every day. The breakfast is very nice. The food at the Restaurant on roof-top is very delicious. They have a very mouthwatering menu.

Sometimes there is noise from the roof-top. But by 22:00 it is quiet and you could sleep.

Dejlige personal. Men problemer med hensyntil betaling. I payed 1. Time to booking .com and second time cush to hotel Icon Jevelin. So I payed sofar 2 time for same periode . Dobbelt it not a good service
