We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Holborn. The location is absolutely excellent, and everything was as described.
If you have heavy suitcases, carrying them up and down the stairs can be very difficult—we had three! :) However, the apartment offers good value for money. If it were on a lower floor, it would probably cost more.
The only improvement I would suggest is fixing the shower, as the water pressure is very low and makes showering rather uncomfortable. Everything else was great!
What we didn’t like was having to climb so many stairs, especially with heavy suitcases, and the very low water pressure in the shower.

-The location was nice and I was able to store my luggage before the checkin
-There were many toiletries and makeup remover
-Easy access and checkin
-It was so hot and the fan at the property is broken. I reached out twice to get it replaced but never got anything
-Water pressure in the toilet and shower are very weak
-There are many many stairs so if you have a heavy suitcase, don’t stay here
-There is an ironing board, but no iron
