I liked the location, which is about 1 km from the nearest metro station and very close to bus lines. The apartment is well equipped, with a kitchen and useful appliances (espresso machine, kettle, stove, oven, and fridge). It is nicely furnished, spacious, and comfortable. The host communicated efficiently, and the access system is very well organized. The apartment is on the ground floor and feels secure. There are shops, cafés, and a pharmacy very close by.
I did not like the fact that the bedroom is in the basement, and access is a bit difficult due to the stairs. The basement bathroom plumbing seemed slightly faulty, as there were leaks and the issue was noticeable near the sleeping area. It should be repaired and better concealed. Also, the router did not work, and there was no internet connection.

The upstairs of the apartment was clean and smelled fine, it was nice to have locking window shutters, to get some "cold" air circulating inside the apartment. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it looked fine.
The hosts were quick to respond when our key for the door locked, and came and fixed it.
The downstairs of the apartment was very disappointing, it smelled like a musty basement, with a not very pleasant looking or smelling bathroom.
When using the downstairs bathroom toilet and sink, there's a very loud buzzing sound, which I'm guessing is from a pump.
