Come and recharge in this charming 60m² house, nestled in peace, within the Hameau du Phare. It is the ideal place for an unforgettable Sables moment.

• Only 70 meters from the magnificent hidden beach of La Chaume (which joins Paracou). Put on your swimsuit, you're there! 👣
• In the Lighthouse Hamlet: a peaceful atmosphere. 💡
• In the heart of the historic La Chaume district, with its typical alleys and breathtaking views. 📸
🏡 Your Home: Comfort and Light
The house was designed for your well-being:
•Area: 60 m² (ideal for 4 people).
•Living Room: A cozy and warm interior. Bright living room, open to 2 terraces. ☀️
•Kitchen: Fitted and fully equipped to make you feel at home (refrigerator/freezer combo, coffee maker, kettle, stove...).
•Bedrooms (upstairs):
oBedroom 1: 1 Double bed. 😴
oBedroom 2: 1 Double bed.
•Outdoors: Enjoy 2 terraces (1 facing West / 1 facing East) with garden furniture and children's games
•Practical: 2 private parking spaces within the residence. 🅿️

Everything is accessible on foot or by bike:
•Sea & Beach: Swimming, lounging, water sports. 🏄♀️
•Culture & Walks: Visit the lighthouse and fishing port of La Chaume. 🛥️
•Gastronomy: Numerous restaurants, bars and local shops. 🥂
•Discovery: Quick access to the center of Les Sables d'Olonne by ferry, bus, ....
ℹ️ Practical Information
• Arrival: Between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM. If arriving later, possibility of autonomous entry (or in-person with extra).
• Departure: Between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. In low season and outside events, possibility of arranging a late departure as an option.
• Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! ✅ We just ask you to unmake the beds (if options taken), empty the trash, put away clean dishes, and leave relatively clean.
• Linen: Sheets and towels are available as additional options. 🛏️
• Deposit: Requested by email via our Swikly platform (not debited, except in case of damages).
• Animals: Not Allowed 🐕
• Rules: Non-smoking accommodation 🚭 and strict respect for neighbors (no parties, quiet after 11:00 PM).
