The property is absolutely beautiful, and so is the house! We loved being next to the river, the provided hiking poles, and the dog friendly property. The host was extremely responsive and easy to reach, which made the check-in and check-out process extremely smooth! The only thing that would hinder my decision to stay here again is the quality of the beds - my friends and I all had the same experience where they sloped in towards the middle with two people sharing the bed. If the beds were replaced, we would be here again in an instant!

Beautiful, large property right on the water. The house was gorgeous, with many historic details and plenty of space to gather. The host was very helpful and communicative, and we had everything we needed for a great girls' weekend away!

So chic and artsy! We loved all of the stain glass throughout the house, and being so close to downtown as well as hiking trails was lovely!

The host was awesome, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The Arkansas river is literally right behind this house. A private and very beautiful setting. The house is very unique. A bit dated but fun. The bathroom upstairs is small with a very small shower (usable, but small).
