The approximately 44 m² vacation apartment **** TOP 2 is lovingly and comfortably furnished, offering our guests a pleasant and modern atmosphere in every room. The apartment is located on the first floor. It features a balcony, a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a hallway, and a bathroom with natural light and a shower. All rooms are easily accessible via the hallway without having to walk through any other rooms.
The separate bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed (without a footboard) for two people and includes a spacious closet that can easily accommodate even a large amount of luggage. The room’s pleasant and quiet atmosphere ensures a restful night’s sleep, leaving nothing to be desired so you can start the next day with renewed energy. The windows can be completely darkened with roller blinds. The bedroom offers direct access to the balcony.
The kitchen-living area offers everything your heart desires. The microwave allows you to prepare a quick hot snack, and the electric stove with oven lets you cook full, hot meals. Of course, all cooking utensils, including dishes and silverware, are also provided, so you certainly won’t have to worry about that upon arrival. After a meal, the built-in dishwasher quickly restores order to the kitchen, and the large refrigerator offers enough space for all your necessary supplies. Of course, a coffee maker for that “good morning coffee” is also available in this well-stocked kitchen. A starter kit for the kitchen is provided. A large flat-screen smart TV is available for watching TV in the kitchen, along with a small couch, so the bedroom can remain a quiet retreat. Free Wi-Fi is available for streaming.
The bathroom, which features natural light, naturally includes a toilet and sink as well as a shower—perfect for washing off the dust from your journey and excursions during your stay in Bad Neuenahr and freshening up for the day ahead. All bathroom fixtures in the 4-star Top 2 vacation apartment are state-of-the-art, such as a rain shower.
All rooms are connected via a hallway. The apartment has no walk-through rooms, which our guests consider a particular plus. The apartment has a separate entrance via the stairwell and is located on the 1st floor. Across from the building, free public parking is available at the high-rise complex, as well as in all the side streets of this neighborhood. Access to the first-floor balcony, which overlooks the wooded area and the Bengener Heide, is directly from the bedroom and is in a quiet location.
A privacy screen ensures privacy, and of course, you’re welcome to use the patio furniture at no extra charge.
You’re welcome to store your bicycles in the garage. There, you can also-bikes right there.



Our cozy and comfortable 4-star vacation apartments in a purely residential area await you in Bad Neuenahr. The non-smoking vacation apartments are your home away from home and are fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay easier.
The center of the spa town of Bad Neuenahr—with its spa park, Ahrthermen, and casino—is conveniently within an 8–15-minute walk. The famous Red Wine Hiking Trail, the Ahr Bike Path, and the Ahr Trail are just a few minutes away. You can choose between 2 apartments.
All apartments have separate entrances and are accessible via the stairwell.
Please specifically inquire about our “Joker Room”: Upon request, you’re welcome to book an additional, separately accessible room on the first floor if you’d prefer an extra bedroom instead of sleeping on the couch, or if the number of guests makes this necessary. See photos on the homepage
A garage with charging stations for e-bikes is available for bicycles. Free Wi-Fi is available for checking your emails and browsing the web. We naturally provide a welcome package consisting of cleaning supplies, made-up beds, and towels at no charge. A laundry room with a washer and dryer (for a fee) is also available.
The Lee**** vacation apartments are a great starting point for relaxing and active vacations. Our apartment is particularly well-suited for business trips.



On-site costs: We recommend that our guests purchase travel cancellation insurance in advance. If you have any questions about this, please contact us; we’ll be happy to assist you. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for the keybox well in advance of your arrival. A baby crib and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Additional fees: Washer and dryer: €6.00 per load
