It stretches over three floors and all have a sea view. It consists of thirteen bedrooms, seven bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and five living rooms. There are eight air conditioning units and heating provided in off season, free wifi internet, six TVs and a safe . Other features are heated outdoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, fitness, billiards, darts, table tennis and table football.Distance to the sea and the beach is around 500 m and to the market around 200 m. Restaurants as well as the supermarket, fish market, pharmacy and gas station are approximately one kilometer away. Pula city center is only about four kilometers away. We recommend excursions to nearby places. The most famous is the ancient Pula which offers many attractions, cultural and entertainment during the summer.For our guests we organize special boat excursions like to Brijuni Islands national park or beautiful old Istrian town Rovinj.
