Loading and unloading can be done in front of the entrance to the property, located at Via Volta 61.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a 65" Smart TV. On the lower level, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower (without bidet). The under-stairs area is used as a storage space with a washer-dryer. The mezzanine includes a second double bedroom and a bathroom (without bidet) with a whirlpool bathtub. The apartment is equipped with a remotely controlled air conditioning system that automatically adjusts the temperature to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. There is also a mechanical ventilation system that maintains optimal indoor air quality by regulating humidity. For the system to work properly, it is recommended to keep the windows closed.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. The appliances were very high-end, and the bathroom featured a luxurious jacuzzi bath that made our stay even more relaxing. The upstairs bedroom had blackout blinds, which ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the linens and towels were clearly high quality and luxurious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the entire apartment was immaculate.The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space comfortable at all times. The location was ideal — quiet and peaceful, yet just steps away from charming winding streets filled with clothing shops and great breakfast spots.The hosts truly went above and beyond to welcome us. They took the time to show us around, offer thoughtful recommendations, and made us feel completely at home. They were both professional and incredibly welcoming.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
