Everything was beautiful. The property is extremely well put together with gorgeous fixtures and comfortable furniture. The check-in process is a bit of hassle but shouldn’t be. Every other time we’ve ever rented from a Phoenix (whether it’s Vrbo Brett Robinson or whatever) there’s always a packet with all of our wristbands and prepaid parking passes inside. There was no packet in the condo so we had to wait until the next day to get all of our wristbands and pre paid parking passes. Security gave us a bit of a hassle over the wristbands but told them that there was no packet and gave them a room number and assured them we would take care of Monday. Just a bit of hassle but everything worked out. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best condos we have ever stayed in! We loved it! The only negative about the whole place was that the lazy river was cold. Thinking if we go back in the summer, it would be great too!
