Great property in a great location! No complaints. Family vacation with 5 adults and 3 children, the house accommodated easily. Would definitely stay here again.

The beach house was very contemporary and well kept. It was very close to the beach and had an excellent view of the ocean from primary bedroom and main living area.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful quiet neighborhood and home. We have not been to the area before so it would have been nice to know before hand that a ferry ride was required to get there. The wait was frustrating and once you get there you don’t want to go back and forth to Galveston because it’s too time consuming. We will plan ahead for grocery shopping the next time we visit. Our only complaints about the property itself is that the master closet is locked down. A clothes rack of some sort needs to be available so you don’t have to live out of a suitcase. And you need to make sure you receive the main entry gate code - it was not included in our check in instructions and we had to wait 20 min at the gate.

Case de Beachhouse, is one of the finer properties that we have stayed at. The community is very quiet and safe with immediate access to the beach, about a two minute walk.The gulf views are easily seen from the front balcony and from within the home, you can sit at the table and take in the view. The home is well appointed, the kitchen is well supplied with all cookware and utensils. Beds are very comfortable, the property is well cared for and clean, we are looking forward to booking another stay. Mark is responsive to messaging and very helpful.
