Close to the beach, very walkable everywhere, huge park for the kids down the street. House was super clean and well maintained. Comes with beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and beach towels so we didn't have to bring all of that which was a bonus. Property management company was super responsive to any questions we had. Just a great experience overall. The pictures don't do it justice!
