Easy access to beach, pool and restaurants. Will definitely be going back again this year !! I would recommend staying here !!⛱️

This is our 2nd time visiting this complex and we absolutely LOVE the pools, proximity to the beach and Tybee in general. It's a great spot if traveling with young kids. This particuluar condo was pretty bare bones compared to where we stayed two years ago. Be prepared to buy beach towels, sand toys, chairs, and really anything other than the basics. The last condo supplied everything we would need for a beachy getaway. There was also significant mold in the second bathroom, so hopefully that will be fixed for the next guest. Management is super friendly and accommodating!

For the price, I expected better cleanliness and communication. There was visible mold in the condo, and despite contacting the host about it, I never received a response. I even sent photos of the hallway bathroom ceiling, where black mold had spread across the top left corner, as well as mold growing on the toilet tissue stored on the back of the toilet. We purposely chose this condo because it was a two bedroom, two bathroom unit for Mother’s Day weekend and my daughter’s fifth birthday celebration with my parents. Because of the mold issue, my parents ended up having to come through our bedroom to use the master bathroom, even during the middle of the night. The location was nice, but the lack of follow-up and attention to these issues made the experience disappointing.
