Located directly behind CoxHealth Medical Center and near Springfield’s Medical Mile, this home is a comfortable and convenient place to stay for families, medical visits, or anyone looking for a central location with a peaceful feel.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and room to relax after a long day. The home features three queen bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a dining table that seats up to eight. Bathrooms are stocked with everyday essentials to help make your stay easy and stress-free.
Outside, enjoy a fully fenced backyard with outdoor seating, perfect for unwinding or letting kids play. You’ll have full access to the home with easy self check-in, except for a small set of locked cabinets in the laundry room. The house was amazing. We loved the vaulted ceilings. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our grandson and dog had a great time in the backyard. The large dining table was very useful. This house was just what we needed to relax and regenerate. Loved it.

Stayed for work through the week. Great set up for our installers. We will be back when needed again.

The house was so clean! The house is so spacious, and it includes a huge backyard as well! The beds were comfy. It was close to everything in Springfield. Thank you so much!

We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place to stay and get ready! It was clean and in a great part of town. The dog loved the backyard- we didn’t really have time to hang out back there ourselves, but it was spacious and looked like a great place to hang out. We will keep this property in mind the next time we visit!
