The smoke alarms went off for a couple seconds everyday (and in the middle of the night). There is no a/c in the house, which wouldn't normally be a problem, but the days were hot. Because of that, it would have been nice to have outdoor seating with shade. So at least we could enjoy a breeze. Otherwise, the house is nicely decorated. The kids had a great time on the stand up paddle boards. One of the bicycles needs maintenance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Pagosa Springs. This house is beautifully decorated with modern updates and conveniences. The layout is perfect for larger families with children. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the location of the property. This home is just minutes away from downtown Pagosa Springs. A great location with easy access to Wolf Creek. We will definitely return to stay in this home again!
