1. Cancellation before arrival
The deposit remains with the owner.
a) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the owner may retain the deposit and the balance of the stay.
b) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the owner may retain 50% of the balance of the stay.
If the tenant does not arrive within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may make the accommodation available to other guests. The deposit and the balance of the rental remain the property of the owner. 2. If the stay is shortened, for whatever reason. The rental price remains the property of the owner. Illness requiring psychological or psychotherapeutic treatment, including nervous breakdowns that did not require hospitalization of at least 3 days at the time of trip cancellation;
Complications due to pregnancy occurring after the 6th month of pregnancy and in all cases, pregnancy, voluntary termination of pregnancy, childbirth, in vitro fertilization and their consequences
Illness or accident that was first diagnosed, relapsed, worsened or resulted in hospitalization between the date of purchase of the trip and the date of subscription to the insurance contract; PGJyPg Strikes and actions by employees of the tour operator and/or the member, and/or actions that began before the effective date of the contract or for which a public notice had been filed before that date; PGJyPg Any failure of any kind, including financial, by the tour operator or the carrier that makes it impossible to fulfill their contractual obligations. PGJyPg d) The Tenant shall use the rented accommodation peacefully. The Tenant must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbors, particularly noise emitted by radios, televisions, and other devices. The Tenant shall respect the maximum number of people allowed on the premises. If the number of people using the rental exceeds the number indicated in the contract, an additional charge of €200 per person per night will apply. The Tenant will maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a clean and well-maintained condition at the end of the contract. All facilities are considered to have been handed over to the Tenant in working order, and any claims concerning them made more than 24 hours after the start of occupancy will not be accepted. If necessary, the Landlord will be entitled to claim from the Tenant upon departure the cost of cleaning the rented premises and its equipment, the full replacement value of any broken, cracked, chipped, or damaged items, furniture, or equipment, and any items whose wear and tear exceeds normal for the rental period. PGJyPg f) The Tenant may not take any legal action against the Landlord in the event of theft or damage to the rented premises. PGJyPg g) The Landlord undertakes to insure the property against rental risks on behalf of the Tenant, who is obligated to notify the Landlord within 24 hours of any incident occurring in the property, its outbuildings, or fixtures. PGJyPg h) No later than upon moving in, the Tenant will provide the Landlord with the security deposit intended to cover any damage to the property. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant within a maximum of one month after their departure, less any amounts covering damage to the furniture and furnishings caused by the Tenant, as well as any loss of keys or items. The security deposit may be made by submitting a check made payable to the Landlord. The Tenant may not refuse access to the premises when requested by the landlord or their representative. This lease agreement is entered into ontuitu personae for the sole benefit of the Tenant identified at the beginning of the contract. Any assignment of this lease, any total or partial subletting, or any provision of the premises—even free of charge—is strictly prohibited. The Tenant may not allow the use of the premises, even free of charge and/or by loan, to a person outside their household. PGJyPg k) For the purposes of this agreement, the Landlord and the Tenant elect domicile at their respective residences. However, in the event of a dispute, the court of the Landlord's residence shall have sole jurisdiction. PGJyPg l) Pets are not allowed, except with prior agreement (flat fee of €25/stay). PGJyPg m) No parties or gatherings. PGJyPg n) The interior of the house is non-smoking. PGJyPg o) The utility room is not accessible to tenants. PGJyPg p) The Landlord and the concierge service decline all responsibility in the event of an accident in and around the house, garden, gate, and swimming pool. Parents are fully responsible in and around the swimming pool.
