Great place with full amenities for a family. Great communication with the host and the management /repairs/maintenance company

Great location, possibly best location to amenities in caldera springs. Great communication with owner/manager.

My biggest problem is that the beds were so uncomfortable, the master bed and the bunk beds upstairs, also they said there was a pull out bed upstairs but when we got there it said it was unavailable. During the stay a few problems where quickly resolved by the management company ( a noisy smoke alarm, and the hot tub was not clean or warm). I did not want to write a review but VRBO and the owners kept insisting. So in conclusion nice house terrible beds.
