The kitchen includes filtered water from the refrigerator, a breakfast table for 4, and a dining table for up to 6. It’s the perfect space for gathering, cooking, and making memories together.

Parking: Only 3 cars allowed. As per HOA rules, all cars have to be parked in the driveway. Please do not park on the street as this will result in an HOA violation.

Keyless Entry: Guests will be provided a door code and have full access to the home, except a locked owner’s closet.
