The condo unit was very nice, but it was a painful process procuring it. First, the management agency changed hands after I booked it and we were required to cancel the order and rebook with the new agency. That was a laborious process and enough to think that the whole thing was a scam. But I persevered and they were helpful. Secondly, the check-in process required a virtual check-in ahead of time, which was a first in my experience. We had a difficult time finding a mutual time for a zoom session, and once we found one, they changed the time at the last minute. When we arrived at the unit, the lock code did not open the door and we were stuck outside at night in the dark. The management was responsive, however, and guided us to the manual key which opened the door. The next day the battery was replaced on the electronic lock so it functioned correctly for the duration of our stay. But the wine fridge never worked ...

The Sandstone Villas bungalow was very clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and conveniently located. We were in Palm Springs for a 6 days and we felt quite at home here. Check in and property information was through and well communicated. Initial entry at the gate is with a code, but they provide a remote for subsequent entries, which was a nice touch. The pools were VERY inviting, but unfortunately we didn't have time to take advantage of them. We wanted to avoid a loud and crowded resort, and this place was perfect for that: quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and TV. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Wonderful pool with a view of the mountains. The unit was a little smaller and darker than we anticipated but it met our needs. Management company was very responsive.
