Perfectly quiet multi level home and the garage was truly awesome to have!

Clean property. Everything was well kept and well thought out. They even had batteries for the tv remote in the kitchen cabinet. There’s a drink fridge, which was convenient for us. The fire place and hot tub worked well. (The only thing I would say was the hot tub needed to be cleaned, but they do that on Saturday which was the day we left.) Overall, I’d recommend it for a stay in Nashville. The host was responsive and the property is under 10 minutes from downtown. Also, the rooftop gives you a nice view of the city.

We were pleasantly surprised by the nearby racing event that was going on during our stay. Such a fun family event that we could see and hear from our unit! I definitely recommend this place for families and/or friend gatherings!Aside from the ridiculous pricing of parking on 12th street, our entire stay was fabulous!
