Hilltop retreat with sweeping Lake Michigan views and 200' of association beach, pool, and tennis courts.

Perched high atop a wooded dune overlooking Lake Michigan, The Treehouse at Duna Vista offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The elevated setting creates a true treehouse-like experience, where you'll wake to the sounds of nature, enjoy gentle lake breezes, and feel tucked away among towering trees.

Expansive windows and spacious outdoor decks provide breathtaking lake views and unforgettable sunsets. Inside, warm wood finishes and an open, inviting layout create a cozy yet spacious atmosphere that's perfect for gathering with family and friends.

The main level features an open living area, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with direct access to the lakeside deck. Upstairs, another private bedroom with its own balcony, a second full bathroom, and a loft with additional sleeping space (queen sofa sleeper and twin bed).

The Duna Vista association provides access to a private, pristine Lake Michigan beach—a 5-minute walk—along with a heated saltwater pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball. The association requires 2 rental documents signed and submitted prior to check in and will be emailed for e-signature.
