We loved the proximity to Old Colorado City, Manitou and Downtown Springs.

The Centennial court house on King Street had some nice touches. The coffee bar was fully stocked with supplies for the Keurig coffee maker, and an available drip coffee pot. The house provided several decks for enjoying the Colorado cool air. I noticed a public transportation bus stop across the street which would be convenient if needed.With a little bit of attention, this house could be a 10 with its five bedrooms and two living areas. Our check in process was not smooth. The code to get into the house did not work. The backup code did not work. However, the property manager told us how to get into the key box. Also the kitchen floor was lifting up from the subfloor. We sent photos of this to the property manager upon check-in.After contracting with Vrbo for the house that stated all fees were included the property management company insisted on a security deposit however, the option to give them 300 to have returned to me at the end of the stay was not possible on their software. So I paid the 40 for their insurance plan. They also wanted to tack on a pet fee which was not disclosed during the purchasing process. The mattresses and dining room chairs were all worn out and need to be replaced. The furniture in the house, including the kitchen table chairs were uncomfortable.
