There are trails right across from the property along the railway tracks. Take a bike ride to Winnipeg Beach or a 5 minute car ride . There you will find groceries , beer, ice cream and restaurants. Go the other direction and about two blocks you find the Whytewold Emporium. The neighbourhood’s favourite restaurant. Keep following Gimli Road you will find the public beach in Matlock. For those hot summer nights there is central air for your comfort. There is fast Wi fi to keep you in the know, if you need to . There is a washer and dryer for your use also. I live right next door on a separate lot. I have a mane coon cat but he stays in doors .There is well water not city water. It is hard ward so it smells different than city water.
