Super emplacement sur Sanibel, location de vélo gratuit sur place impec pour visiter l’île. Hébergement propre et bien équipé avec une très belle décoration. La piscine est un plus avec des jeux extérieur et hamac. Petit carnet avec des adresses de restaurant, magasin, plages à visiter : très sympa Check in et out : pratique pas non physique et indication pas message très clair Nous avions eu la chance de voir un aligator dans le lac de la propriété aussi

Peut être proposée un petit déjeuner mais la cuisine étant bien équipée et ayant des restaurants qui prépose le petit déjeuné à côté, cela n’est pas très grave

Super cute place. They provided everything you need for the beach. Super clean. Had a washer and dryer on-site.

The pet fee was expensive. We stayed 4 nights and it was an extra $200.

The renovation here was thoughtfully and beautifully done. Respectful of the history of the property while focusing on the modern amenities guests need (like outlets for device charging). The decor is beautiful and coastal without being kitschy. The story behind the hand-painted doors is charming, and we loved the local coffee option in the room (Manatee Coffee Co). It is also a property that isn't just performative when it says pet-friendly. Our unit actually had a place inside the door to hang a leash (and keys) and a pet bed!

The only issue for me was the shower. I wish the reno had removed the tub and had a shower that was easier to access. The tub is difficult to climb into if you are older or have any arthritis or mobility issues. Would have loved a better shower head, too, but otherwise the bathroom and amenities were lovely.

I thought everything looked like a HGTV remodel very themed and adorable. I even looked to see if it was motel rescue or Hgtv televised location. Use of retro appliances (no dishwasher) smart color and size wise.

Parking was very tight. Living area chairs again cute but not comfortable and the couch was on the side view comfortable for one to watch. The bedroom tv never worked and attempted to correct this didn’t happen. And then a small refund to compensate never received asked for 3 times. 2 nights and it was early march we didn’t expect beach weather went to shell and wanted to watch tv and relax we were a short stay but not a value for the cost stay. The property is very cute but there is one in and one out, in is hard to see and a long line of cars daily just to drive in. There are overwhelmed restaurants across the street. I realize still working to rebuild but be prepared to plan for certain situations. We did find some special shells and have a nice memory for this years college spring break.
