Great price and free secure parking. Modern, clean apartment, nicely furnished and the perfect amount of space for a couple. Great balcony and floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom.. to watch the world go by, and enjoy some people watching. Comfortable bed and pillows with clean linen. Big wardrobe with large mirrored doors. Great desk/make up station with swivel chair and downlight above. Excellent ducted heating/aircon throughout that worked really well. Clean and functional kitchen, with comfortable bar stools. Great laundry with working washer and dryer. Clean bathroom, excellent water pressure in shower and nil issues with hot water. Excellent host with wonderful and responsive communication and helpful written directions (with photos attached) for the apartment details and parking location. Great location, right in the heart of Fortitude Valley, walking distance to venues and FV train station. Food court, bottleshop, Woolworths Metro, 7eleven at train station (1 min walk). Rooftop pool and bbq area are incredible. We hope to be back to enjoy again one day!

Very happy with the apartment, there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Location was great and the apartment looks nice

The lift was out of order on check out day, leaving 1 lift to service the entire building, also couldn’t reach the car park without the lift. The staff was rude when asked about staircase access.

The instructions to gain entry to the property could’ve been clearer. Ie should have stated to “please enter via Brunswick street” as it was confusing the locked box was on alfred street but even though there is a particular entry to FV by peppers on alfred street, entry is not able to be gained on this side of the building. I feel the locked box could’ve been in a more convenient location to the building entrance. Additionally, there was no spare towels -ie for pool use or no spare blanket that I could source for the bed at night.
