Most blinds did not function properly, so I was unable to open; it made me feel boxed in even though the space itself was light, clean and adorable with a "beachy" vibe. The walkway and stairs both inside and out were not well lit at night (the inside stairwell up to the apartment had no lights at all) and while there were motion lights outside that did come on, it did not light up the walkway or outside stairs I had to use enough to find my way; I had to use my phone flashlight to guide me and to also see the door handle so I could unlock the door to unlock the door to get in. The outdoor space was lacking in up-keep. Not very inviting.

Location was perfect, 2 blocks and you are right on the beach. The unit comes with parking and a covered deck to plant beach gear.

It is a typical beach property, a bit musty and furnished with mix matched items with visible dust/dirt collecting in spots. Pros: location, plenty of towels of various sizes, communicative and responsive host. Cons: Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen. It was inadequately supplied- no clean/new sponge, an almost empty travel sized bottle of dish soap, ceramic plates in the cabinet had large chips, coffee pot, cookware, and drinking cups all needed to be washed before use. The larger bathroom sink faucet had very poor flow. For a late-in-season rental the rate per night was reasonable for 3 bedrooms, but should be serviced with a better eye for details. I typically hesitate leaving critical reviews, but I rely heavily on honest reviews when I choose accommodations.

The room was so warm and cozy, perfect for a couple. The layout was open easy accessible for us to find what we needed. Close to the grocery store and a short walk across the street to the beach and just a bit further for food and entertainment.

We do not eat out much, so we were missing a frying pan to make breakfast, we made it work but I would suggest that for future guest. Also the bed was so hard, I would replace that immediately. After a long day at the beach, we had a nice shower but that bed was not comfortable at all. The shower door did not stay closed, I think the magnet on the door was broken. We found a way to make it work so that water was not all over the floor.

Good Location and off street parking. The owner was responsive in fixing issues.

The property seems to have been a larger house which was converted into smaller units. Outside of property was unkept. Several lights were out, which made it difficult to go upstairs;both inside and outside at night. The kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged and unusable the first night I was there. My unit seem to be converted from an attic, so there was uneven walls and spaces. While there was a window unit air conditioner, and a fan, it was still really humid, which made it uncomfortable. All the furniture was old and some broken.
