Excellent, new, and comfortable hotel. Beautiful and well-designed rooms. We stayed there for 3 days and really enjoyed it. Delicious breakfasts and very helpful staff.

The staff were very kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the room was cleaned daily. The design is beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, the AC worked very well, and there was reliable hot water. I also felt safe during my stay, and the location is convenient with markets nearby and a park across the street.

Soundproofing is a major issue. The walls are very thin, and my room was directly below the pool and stairs, so noise from guests, staff, and foot traffic was constant. Doors slamming as early as 5 AM could be heard clearly. Even with a Do Not Disturb sign, noise from nearby rooms and hallways was disruptive. On days without the sign, staff knocked as early as 7:30 AM, which felt too early for a long-term stay. There was also a recurring cigarette smoke smell in the room, which was frustrating and not resolved. The pool was not properly maintained during my stay — it was not running, and the water felt stagnant and slimy with visible residue. The kitchenette was usable but not well-equipped. Only one pot worked with the cooktop, and there were no cooking utensils or basic supplies. Wi-Fi was inconsistent and struggled to support streaming. Breakfast did not meet expectations, although a refund was provided after a few days. Ordering breakfast the day before was also inconvenient. There is no peephole on the door and no designated motorbike parking area.
