We loved the design and the entire concept. With only eight rooms, the hotel feels wonderfully intimate and personal. The team is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are beautiful, and the beach is an absolute dream. We also really enjoyed the food and the social concept with community dinners and evenings around the bonfire – it gives LOST a very distinctive atmosphere.

Only a few small things could make the experience even better. As much of the concept revolves around the beautiful communal spaces, we would have also appreciated a little more private outdoor space, such as a balcony or terrace. A coffee machine in the room would be another lovely touch, especially for a relaxed morning. The food was consistently very good, although we would personally have loved a few more bold, authentic local flavours.

Einzigartiges Hotel! Tolle Architektur, man kann sich gar nicht sattsehen. Abgeschiedene Lage an einem einsamen schwarzen Strand. Wahnsinnig umsichtiges Personal. Das Essen ist gut, aber nicht wow.

verwunschener Ort gefühlt mitten im Dschungel, fernab des lauten Balis. Alkes ust unglaublich geschmackvoll gestaltet bis ins letzte Detail, unfassbar toller Service und extrem schmackhaftes veganes Essen, was für uns eine grosse Überraschung war, runden das ganze ab. Eine wunderbare Erfahrung und eines des besten Hotels, in dem ich je war.
