Location ok, bedroom was spacious
- The host was super hostile, we are not allowed to step foot in the kitchen/ living room. I understand that it’s your personal space, but if you want your space to be a sanctuary, how about don’t make it an airbnb? We weren’t even provided with any utensils and had to break our chopsticks in half to eat when having food inside the bedroom, which smelt like food for the rest of the night because we weren’t allowed anywhere else in the house, and of course no human with functional thinking would eat their food in the bathroom.
- Check in time show 00:00 but wont let us come in even though he lives in the property. Our flight was delayed and we could only get there around 11pm and he said the check in time has passed and couldn’t let us in. We explained the situation, asking him to make an exception as we were 2 young girls travelling together to a completely strange place, stranded in the pouring rain and have no other help/acquaintance around, and also told him that the flight was delayed because of the bad weather, which we had no control of. We called the customer service for half an hour and they also tried to contact the host through phone but couldn’t reach him in any possible way. The most disturbing thing is that the host was still awake and was responding to us on the booking app message the whole time, and keep blabbering that “check in time is not allowed pass 11pm” blablabla. The fact that he was still up and open the door for us took him 5 seconds and spare us the misery is truly painful to remember every time. I could understand if it was his bed time and he have work tomorrow of something, but neither! because: (reason why i think that is below)
- The host’s tv is on all the time and he always put it max volume from 8am to freaking midnight. Talk all that talk about not allow this not allow that, but you can’t even provide your guest with bare minimum of some peace and silence.

Das Zimmer sieht aus wie abgebildet und hat einen eigenen Kühlschrank. In der Wohngegend habe ich mich sicher gefühlt.
Es ist ein Privatzimmer in einer geteilten Wohnung: Um in das Zimmer und in das geteilte Badezimmer zu kommen, muss man durch das Wohnzimmer des Vermieters durchgehen. Dort läuft von morgens bis spät abends laut der Fernseher. Die Türen sind sehr dünn und alles ist sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer ist nur oberflächlich gereinigt und die Fenster sind voller Staub und Dreck. Früh morgens wird man vom Fluglärm vieler startender Flugzeuge geweckt, da die Fenster und Wände nach draußen ebenfalls sehr dünn sind. Die Klimaanlage ist extrem laut, sodass man sie nachts nicht laufen lassen kann.
