Welcome to Coastal Allure, your serene Lincoln City retreat where luxury meets the wild Oregon coast. This newly renovated, three-story home is thoughtfully designed to give your group of up to 15 guests all the space you need to connect and relax.
The home features two separate living areas, making it perfect for large groups:
Main Floor: An open-concept living room with a cozy gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island.
Ground Floor: A family room with its own kitchenette, dining area, and a fun foosball table.
Outdoor amenities include:
Private, steaming hot tub
Multiple balconies with neighborhood views
New back patio with a BBQ grill
For your convenience, we provide:
High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs
Washer and dryer
Board games
Sand toys and beach chairs
Sleeping Accommodations:
1st Floor: Bedroom with a King bed, plus a Queen pull-out sofa in the living area.
2nd Floor: Bunk room with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, plus a Full pull-out sofa.
3rd Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed.
3rd Floor Primary Suite: King bed, two cots, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub.
Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire three-story home. Enjoy the convenience of self check-in with a smart lock. Your access includes all indoor spaces, the outdoor hot tub, multiple balconies, the back patio with its BBQ grill, and the spacious driveway for parking.
Interaction With Guests
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app or phone.

Security Device: For your security and to monitor compliance with occupancy limits, a camera is installed on the exterior of the home, facing the northeast corner of the yard.
Not Pet Friendly, No Pets Permitted.
Parking: Up to 5 cars can park at the home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are not permitted.

The home was very clean. There was plenty of dish ware, silverware and cook ware. All of the appliances were in good working order. There were lots of toys and games for kids that occupied our great grandson. There was room for five cars in the driveway.The house is centrally located near downtown Lincoln City.
