Nice condo, convenient location, good communication.

Beautiful spot. Easy beach and pool access along the waterfront. The weather wasn’t exactly top notch, but it provided some amazing pictures of the weather. Excellent views of the surrounding towns and attractions. Walking distance from a huge souvenir shop, and several arcades, a go cart track (ya can’t hear it at all), and a few mini golf courses. I’m gonna suggest Adventure Island over Bubbas just because of the crowd size for mini golf. Lots of great eats within a mile or two as well. The condo had a Murphy style entertainment center with I think a queen size bed in it, a fold out couch, two bunk beds and a king size bed in the bedroom. Overall well worth the money for a nice stay in OB.

It is a beautiful unit in a very old building. The only real issue was no sheets for Murphy bed or pull out sofa. They deliver a set but were soaking wet. They had to be dried before making the bed. They made no promises but accommodated an early check in.

Very nice room! Loved the view and all the new furniture and amenities. Very comfortable stay for us! Extremely convenient to everything.
